Leigh Dunn

Leigh Dunn is ITS business partner director for human resources and legal at Kimberly-Clark Corp.

Leigh partners with HR and legal to understand business goals and develop enabling information technology solution strategies, and serves as the focal point to deliver these solutions. She also leads the HR information systems team. Most recently, Leigh led the analysis and development of a global human capital management system strategy, resulting in the recommendation and approval for the Workday deployment.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2007, Leigh held other leadership positions in both human resources and information technology. She was previously IT solution manager for HR and HR business partner for IT at Microsoft, and led global HCMS implementations at Oracle. Leigh received her master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
