Join the Workday Community at EDUCAUSE 2016

This week, Workday will be headed to EDUCAUSE 2016 in sunny Anaheim, Calif. We look forward to connecting with current and prospective customers and partners in SoCal and discussing your higher education institution’s challenges and opportunities.

We’re also very excited to share more about Workday Student, and how modern technologies and user experiences can solve major pain points for staff, students, and faculty. Here’s a quick overview of where you can find Workday at EDUCAUSE.

  • Stop by our area in the Community Lounge and meet Workday product managers, connect with your colleagues, and recharge in a relaxing setting. Drop in Tues. – Thurs., 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Fri., 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Meeting Room 205A/B, Level Two.
  • Higher educations institutions are struggling to solve today’s business problems with their current administrative systems. F. King Alexander, president of Louisiana State University, and Jeff Selingo, author of the book “There is Life After College,” will discuss this hot-button issue in, “On the Leading Edge of Higher Education Innovation,” Wed., 10:30 a.m. – 11:20 a.m., Ballroom B, Level Three. Selingo will sign books in the Workday booth #409 immediately following the session.
  • Join Liz Dietz, Workday’s VP of strategy and product management; Cole Clark, executive director of higher education at Deloitte; and CIOs Mara Hancock of California College of the Arts, Cynthia Hadden of Louisiana State University, and David Dodd of Stevens Institute of Technology, for an engaging and educational discussion on technology issues affecting today’s campuses in, “Industry Thought Leader and CIO Panel,” Wed., 3:40 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., in the Community Lounge, Meeting Room 205A/B, Level Two.
  • Learn how Workday Student, designed for today’s mobile generation, will transform the way institutions serve and satisfy their constituents in our mobile demo, “A Campus in the Cloud,” Thurs., 4:30 p.m. – 5:20 p.m., in the Community Lounge, Meeting Room 205A/B, Level Two.
