Josh Bersin, principal, Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP, says more than 50 percent of the companies he talks to are in the process of replacing or upgrading their HR technology. “We have a lot of old technology out there,” he says.
He says most companies have two main objectives with their HR infrastructure modernizations: 1) Make it easier for all employees to get work done, and 2) Use analytics to help solve problems such as low employee engagement and retention.
